You will be required to provide your SCAD NetID or your 9-digit SCAD ID number in order to proceed. If you are a new student, your enrollment confirmation email should list both. New employees will receive this information during new hire orientation.

If you do not know your SCAD NetID or your 9-digit SCAD ID number, you cannot proceed with activating your account. Visit techsupport.scad.edu to chat with support staff from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday, or call 912.525.4567. Email techsupport@scad.edu outside of normal business hours.
